BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To guarantee your reservation, a bank pre-authorization may be processed from the date of booking until the check-in date. This will correspond to the amount of your first night at the Grand Hôtel de Turin.
The security deposit will be fully refunded provided no damage is noted by the establishment upon departure.
Any booking of 4 rooms or more may be subject to specific conditions and additional fees.
SECURE TRANSACTION
Our website uses some of the most advanced internet security technologies currently available. All booking steps are secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, the industry standard.
Your information is encrypted and protected through server authentication and data stream encryption. The security certificate used is issued by the accredited third-party company USERTrust RSA Certification Authority and utilized by the D-EDGE booking system.
Furthermore, the booking system is hosted in a secure server environment equipped with firewalls and other advanced technologies to prevent interference and unauthorized access.
CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF A SERVICE BOOKING
For accommodation services, namely room bookings within an establishment or other types of lodging, the Client is reminded that they do not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, in accordance with Article L. 221-28 paragraph 12 of the Consumer Code. The latter excludes this right for contracts concerning accommodation services that must be provided on a specific date or during a specific period.
For each service booking, the specific terms and conditions outline the procedures for cancellation and/or modification.
Prepaid bookings cannot be modified or cancelled. Deposits, i.e., sums paid in advance, will not be refunded. In such cases, this is stated in the specific terms and conditions.
When permitted by the specific terms and conditions, a booking may be modified or cancelled:
* by clicking the link at the bottom of your confirmation email and following the on-screen instructions;
* directly on the website via the "Modify or cancel a booking" section;
* directly with the Grand Hôtel de Turin, whose contact details are provided in the confirmation email.
In the event of a service interruption caused by the Client, the full agreed price will be charged. In the case of a prepaid booking, no refund will be granted.
It is advised to cancel as soon as possible once the reason for cancellation arises.
CANCELLATION FEES
Cancellation fees are non-refundable if a non-cancellable and non-refundable rate is selected.
For all other offers, the Client is invited to refer to the conditions presented in the booking engine.
In case of a no-show, 100% of the booking will be charged and is non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation, if the Client has paid all or part of the booking online, this amount will be refunded after deduction of any applicable cancellation fees, with the exception of non-cancellable and non-refundable offers.
TAXES
Rates are displayed inclusive of VAT. Tourist tax, government taxes, or local taxes may be requested as an additional charge.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES
Your room will be available at the front desk from the time indicated below.
On your day of departure, you must vacate your room no later than the time indicated below. Failure to comply with this check-out time may result in an additional night being charged.
It is recommended to use the "Comments or additional information" box on the booking form to indicate your estimated arrival time, especially if it is late.

CONSUMER MEDIATOR
The Client is informed by the Grand Hôtel de Turin of the possibility of resorting to a conventional mediation procedure or any other alternative dispute resolution method in the event of a dispute regarding these General Terms and Conditions, under the conditions provided for in Title I of Book VI of the Consumer Code.
After contacting the Management of the Grand Hôtel de Turin and in the absence of a satisfactory response within 60 days, the Client may contact the mediator at the following address:

GOVERNING LAW FOR DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory protective provisions that may apply in the consumer's country of residence.

In accordance with Article L.223-2 of the Consumer Code, consumers who do not wish to be subject to commercial telephone solicitation may register for free on a telephone solicitation opt-out list.
