For each service reservation, the specific terms and conditions specify the procedures for cancellation and/or modification of the reservation.
Prepaid reservations cannot be modified and/or canceled. Deposits (sums paid in advance) will not be refunded. In such cases, this is mentioned in the specific terms and conditions.
When the specific terms and conditions allow it:
cancellation of a service reservation can be done directly on the site via the "Modify or cancel a reservation" section;
modification of a service reservation can be done directly on the site via the "Modify or cancel a reservation" section or directly with the establishment, whose contact details, including telephone numbers, are specified on the reservation confirmation sent by email.
In the event of a service interruption caused by the customer, the full agreed price will be charged. In the case of a prepaid reservation before the stay, no refund will be granted.
The customer must vacate the room before the time indicated by the establishment. Failure to do so will result in an additional night being charged.
